Citation Search.
You can now search for citations across all bibliographies in your personal or shared Bibliogo account. You can do simple searches across all bibliographic metadata, including abstracts and tags. You can also perform complex searches on specific fields using Boolean operators and grouping.

All of the standard bibliographic fields are searchable as well as sets of fields related to uploaded files, purchased articles, and people you work with. If your result set includes citations that you don’t currently have full access to, you can get access by requesting access to one or more bibliographies those citations belong to. This is a natural way to discover new bibliographies you may be interested in joining.

You can use the full power of Bibliogo Multitasking on search results to easily order multiple articles, copy citations into other bibliographies, and export or delete citations.

Smart Bibliographies
.
You can save any Bibliogo search as a Smart Bibliography. You don’t manually add citations to a Smart Bibliography. Instead it auto-populates based on your search query, and you can tweak your query at any time.

Apart from that difference, a Smart Bibliography behaves just like a normal bibliography, which means you can share it with colleagues, broadcast it via RSS, export formatted citations, etc.

Want to ‘follow’ a colleague’s activity in Bibliogo? Just create a Smart Bibliography that searches for your colleague’s email address. You’ll then have one-click access to all bibliography activity for that person.

Auto-Populate.
You can now choose to auto-populate any bibliography or Smart Bibliography. With auto-populate turned on, Bibliogo’s recommendation engine automatically populates the bibliography with citations.

Bibliography Configurator
.
Bibliography Tools are gone. Actually, they’re not gone. They’ve just been moved into the same dialog box you use to create, rename or delete a bibliography.

When you create a bibliography, you’ll now see all of the tools right in front of you. This means you can add tags, manage membership, set permissions, import citations, get the RSS feed, etc. all in the same place. You can open the configurator to access bibliography settings at any time by clicking the icon beside the bibliography name.

Bibliography Filtering Change
.
A ‘Filter’ button has been added to the citation toolbar so filtering a bibliography based on its citation tags is much easier than before.
